As you’re thinking about your own business the first question is:

Are you the “smartest guy in the room” or are you a lifelong learner?  If you are committed to humbly seek a lifetime of learning, you will have the ability to follow a proven system and heed direction. Alternatively, if you have the need to know everything and a do-it-yourself mindset, you may lack the ability to trust a committed mentor. Doing it yourself might be the best option until you find that you’re willing to consider the suggestions of another person or an organization’s leadership. There is no right or wrong answer to these questions but being honest with yourself will help save you a lot of time and frustration.
